HOTEL’S RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION 

Terms of accommodation:

1. Check-in at the Hotel takes place after 14:00, check-out time – until 12:00.

2. Check-in at the Hotel is possible only upon presentation of a passport or other identification document.

3. Payment for accommodation is carried out at the settlement of the Guest (Guests) in the amount of the total cost for the entire period of stay.

4. Calculation of payment for accommodation is considered from 14 hours of the day when the Guest arrived, despite the actual time of arrival. For stays of less than one day, payment will be charged in full, despite the checkout time.

5. Early check-in (before 12:00) and late check-out (after 13:00) are paid extra, according to the approved tariff.

6. Continuation of stay at the hotel is possible with the consent of the Administration and subject to availability.

7. Room price includes Continental breakfast .

8. Breakfast time: 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Extra charge:

1. Children under 2 years old are accommodated for free in the same room with their parents without extra bed. An additional place for children from 2 to 6 years is 300.00 UAH per day. An additional place for children from 6 years old and adults – 500.00 UAH per day.

2. The guest has the right to invite visitors to his room from 07:00 to 23:00. If the visitor stays in the room after 23:00, the guest must pay extra bed according to the price list of the Hotel.

Payment Terms:

1. Prices for services are indicated in national currency (Hryvnia) .

2. Payment is due upon arrival in national currency (Hryvnia) .

3. You can pay in cash or by credit card VISA, Master Card.

4. The room rate does not include tourist tax introduced by the administration of some cities of Ukraine. Tourist tax is paid separately, except for groups of persons who are exempt from paying it.

* A prerequisite for exemption from payment Tourist tax is the availability of an order for a business trip by the guest upon arrival and / or providing his scan when booking. Tourist tax was not included in the account when booking by bank transfer, it is necessary that an order for a business trip or a scan copy of it be sent to the reservation department along with the reservation request. Otherwise, the tourist tax will be included in the bill.

** Groups of persons who are exempted from paying the tourist tax:

– People with disabilities who have the relevant documents with them.

– War veterans with an appropriate certificate (including ATO participants).

– The participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant have an appropriate certificate with them.

– Children under 18 years old.
